I bought a car today. I have to get insurance straightened out, but a week from now it will be mine, officially.

Which makes me even more paranoid about getting laid off/fired. For the former, it really doesn’t matter that I’m good at my job – the economy is horrible and everyone is getting laid off.

As to the latter, I am mostly being faceticious, but David (stupid David) was like “Maybe you’re not actually good at your job. Maybe you just think you’re good at you’re job because it’s not like the last one.”
