I’ve been reading TomatoNation I think since my senior year of high school? I know I had to have been reading it by September 11, because I never cried about the event until I read the essay there.

So I’m a loyal reader, and even though I’m not fond of the redesign, and even less fond of the way TWoP has done downhill over years (but I still frequent both, its just my nitpicks) I have to alert any of my readers to this awesomeness.

I donated to the last round of DonorsChoose, as well as Pamie’s Dewey Book Drive project, and let me tell you people, there is something very heartwarming at seeing a bunch of ordinary people raise an amazing about of money in a short period of time. I really can’t call myself a cynic anymore, can I? Anyway, I don’t want to link you to the actual donation page, because it’s being funded so fast I can’t keep up with in, but I urge you to go to www.tomatonation.com. Spend a few minutes of your busy day scanning the latest entry on the Tomato Nation Fall Contest, and you’ll surely find a link to the latest donation project (At of 8:15 EST its on Bonus Round 2, and this is set to go through all of October.)
