Also, it’s election day! Considering this journal was initially started to blog about politics I should say something, right? They’re claiming NJ is a close race, and blah-blah-blah it’s not really a blue state (because geographically it’s more red, but the population clustered around NYC is Democrat) but they always do that to Jersey.

I actually want to write about the right to not vote and how elections are theoretically aristrocratic (according to Schmitt) and deliberative democracy and other smart things but I don’t have time right now, so that procrastination will have to wait until I get home from work and am avoiding my Feminist political theory readings.
